Calling all young people! Teens, adolescents, bright minds underestimated by society; we will not make the same mistake, because we know that you are the future of America and of our global society. For decades this country has been spending, and spending and just for a little change of pace, spending some more. We have grown up in a society that has provided all the trimmings for us, our parents and grandparents. Though America is not without her hardships, most of us have grown up in this country experiencing the blessings of freedom, which is so easy to take for granted. Uncle Sam has provided so much for us. We are truly indebted in more ways than you think. This country is currently $23.3 trillion in debt, rapidly approaching the $30 trillion mark. Social Security is nearly spent and, without sufficient action, there will be nothing left for you or your children. These radical times require radical solutions, and its up to us to make those solutions happen. I’m talking about the future of America, your future, that is Social Secharity.

The way it works doesn’t take a college degree to understand. Most of us go to work, earn a paycheck and part of that pay goes to taxes and Social Security. But what happens to all that money you’ve paid to the government when you die? Simple, the government keeps it to do whatever they want with it. Not so through Social Secharity, a sort of play on words between Social Security and Charity, because it’s about exactly that, charity. Imagine if instead your money goes to your own Social Secharity account, that money accumulates over time and you choose the charity or cause that money goes to when you die. When enough Americans do this over the years, non profits will stop depending so much on government grants and will be endowed with their own money, the money you provided them. This will in turn cause the Federal Government to lower taxes, not to mention reward you with deductions, annuities and other potential benefits.

But how do we get enough people to do it? After all, bad habits are hard to break, as is the case with Social Security.  Well that’s where drastic action has to come in to play, where Mandatory Social Secharity will improve your lives and save America. It’s a two-step process, and part one comes from all of you, the future leaders of America. Let’s face it, most of us, including myself, have no idea what we want to do even well into our college years. This program is designed to help you hone your skills and figure out what it is you want to do, whether directly in the workforce, or further your education. It requires a two-year mandatory community service for all young Americans upon reaching 18 years of age. The first part of the service will be equal for all participants, four  months of training. After this there will be 20 months during which the trainee can choose whatever vocation they would like to focus their talents on, from environmental services, building the country’s infrastructure, Peace Corps, learning a trade, military service, or other forms of local, state or national service. And of course, the program will provide credits for higher education.

The second part will require the creation of mandatory Social Secharity trust accounts for all young Americans. Payroll deductions will also go into this account and will result in the gradual phasing out of the obsolete Social Security program. The trust will endure throughout your lives without any caps or limits on how much money you can put in, instill a genuine interest in your country’s success, provide you with income if disabled or over 50 years old, allow flexibility in recipients and timing of distributions, and allow for the endowment and annual distributions to community service organizations or causes of your choice. If we can get this plan signed into law by 2022, and enough people participate, we can have up to $28 trillion of our national debt paid by the year 2050. But it’s up to all of you today to make this happen! This is a call to action to all of America’s youth! Our country and perhaps our way of life are now in the most epic danger of our times, all because of overwhelming debt! The time has come to correct our mistakes of the past;  you have the power to make it right!
