A Letter from Les Winston, Founder of Social Secharity

A thought that occurred to me many years ago, is coming to fruition. It is embodied in this website. For many years I hosted a radio show called Funny Money”. The opening line was “Funny Money is that money you’ll never get to spend on yourself, your children, your grandchildren or leave behind. It’s the tax dollar that you can turn into real money.” I wanted the public to know about how to use section 664 of the tax code. 664 and other sections created by Congress over 50 years ago, are rarely used. Over time it has become increasingly important. Today it is vital.

I believe we have entered the era of human kindness. We have to take care of ourselves on a community level.

Communities can have safe and great care, schools, homes and environments through non-governmental organizations right in the place they serve.

Instead of Medicare for all, free health care through endowed hospitals and medical centers. Instead of increased real estate taxes, school endowments to secure and improve each and every school in a community. Instead of underfunded centers for the homeless have an endowed shelter system.

We can change the world through each community’s endowment.

Congress knew long ago that the social services government got involved in would eventually become fiscally endangered and detrimental to maintain. They knew that demographics would change everything over time, and it has. That is why our national debt is reaching unsustainable levels. The pandemic has brutally brought this home. It was why Congress gave Americans the tools all those years ago. Now is the time, this decade of 2020 to 2030, for the paradigm shift to start, so that in the long term we will all have a better life. Now is the time for Social Secharity to be used to Endow America.

I like the phrase “664 not war”.. .. in the era of human kindness, if we were a country, not $30 trillion in debt but rather with $30 trillion in endowment, we could help the entire world be a better place. War is not only conflicts between countries, it is also social unrest. Endowed, non- governmental organizations working at a community level are the most effective way to deliver whatever the community needs, wherever the community is.

So how can you get involved? If you are a taxpayer who wants to create more income, pay less tax and build endowment, check with your professional advisors.
